Question: What are the top 3 questions employers might ask when interviewing a Purchasing Management professional?

Answer: When interviewing for a Purchasing Management professional position, the interviewer may ask (1) How has your purchasing experience contributed to the success of an organization?, (2)  What criteria do you look for when searching for a new supplier?, (3) What are the advantages that you bring to the organization versus another candidate with your credentials?  Proper preparations for these type questions would include familiarity with everything on your resume and understanding why this organization needs to hire a Purchasing Management Professional.  Also being familiar with the industry will help to formulate answers for these questions.  It is always a good idea to do as much research on the industry and the company before going on an interview.
